The X-ray collimator is a device used in combination with the X-ray tube to limit the size of the radiation field in medical diagnostic X-ray equipment. And by eliminating radiation to non-target areas of the body to protect patients from radiation protection. The X-ray collimator is suitable for medical diagnostic X-ray components with bulb voltage not higher than 150 kV.
Newheek X-ray collimator is divided into manual type and electric type, manual X-ray collimator is divided into NK102, NK103 and NK202.
Among them, NK102 and NK103 are usually connected to 125KV tube. NK102 is generally suitable for mobile and fixed X-ray machines. NK103 is a special X-ray collimator film, usually suitable for portable X-ray machines. NK202 is connected to a 150KV bulb and is usually used in fixed X-ray machines.
