X-ray collimator is an important equipment for X-ray imaging. The main function is to control the radiation field of the output line of the X-ray bulb tube under the premise of meeting the X-ray imaging diagnosis, so as to minimize the projection range, avoid unnecessary dose, and absorb some scattered light to improve the image clarity.
The X-ray collimator is installed in the optical electromechanical device of the output window of the tube sleeve of the X-ray tube assembly. In addition, the X-ray collimator can also indicate the size of the projection center and the projection field of view.
