How to adjust and use the x-ray collimator

Recently, many customers have inquired about X-ray collimators. From the appearance, the x-ray collimator is a very simple accessory, but how to adjust the x-ray collimator?
Many people may not be clear, so today I want to explain:
(1) Calibration adjustment of the parallel center of the x-ray collimator and imaging equipment
(2) In order to effectively select, combine and adjust the X-ray collimator, there are radiation sizes corresponding to the calibration X-ray preset range at different distances on the collimator panel, allowing the operator to adjust the vertical and horizontal knobs. The size of the radiation area caused by the distance of the imaging device.
(3) The method of measuring the light field size of the x-ray collimator: first set the light field size, and then measure the light field size on a plane perpendicular to the reference axis at a specified distance from the focal point to the image receiving surface.
(4) Replace the bulb
X-ray collimator The collimator uses LED lights as the visible light source for the simulated radiation area. When replacing the LED lamp, remove the LED lamp cover and radiator, remove the damaged LED lamp from the radiator, apply thermal grease on the back of the new LED lamp substrate, and then reinstall the radiator. When replacing the LED lamp, be careful to pinch the substrate part with your fingers to avoid staining the bulb.
After replacing the LED light, it is necessary to check whether the center of the straightener coincides with the center of the radiation area through perspective or filming. If necessary, loosen the lamp holder fixing plate to adjust.
Seeing this, everyone knows how to adjust the x-ray collimator. If you are interested in this equipment, please leave a message or email for consultation. The product manager will make the most professional answer based on your questions!
