Customer inquiries for inexpensive collimators
Recently we received an inquiry from a customer about a collimator. The customer said they wanted to use it for teaching purposes, so as long as the price was right, they recommended our manual beam limiter.
There are two types of X-ray collimators: manual, motorized and automatic. The manual type, typically uses a camera knob to manually open and close the X-ray collimator wiring harness on the camera equipment. Motorized, often used for fluoroscopic devices. Easily controlled remotely, the screen panel is powered by a miniature DC motor. Automatic beam limiter for fluoroscopy. It automatically maintains the size of the field as the distance changes.
