We are a professional manufacturer of X-ray collimators

The manual X-ray collimator manufactured by our Newheek is mainly used for X-ray photography. By manually turning the rotation button or pull rod on the collimator, the lead sheet of the X-ray collimator can be opened and closed, thereby confining stray X-ray rays. In addition to the above internal structure, it also has a radiation area prediction function. It uses indicator light to simulate the area of X-ray shooting, replaces X-ray with visible light, and reflects it to the surface of the bed or film frame through the reflection of the mirror. The reflected visible light path is the same as the X-ray radiation path, so the size of the irradiation field can be indicated in advance. Due to the relatively short life of the indicator, the lighting of the indicator is controlled by a button switch, which can be turned off within 15s~1min. When the indoor brightness is high, some indicators have two brightness levels to meet the irradiance field indication. The reflector is usually made of silver-plated plastic with an aluminum equivalent of about 0.5 mm, which will not affect X-ray imaging.
A transparent plastic plate is also installed in front of the X-ray collimator, with black lines or dots engraved on it to indicate the center of the radiation field. Some X-ray collimators are marked with the irradiated area around the knob. It is mainly used to illuminate the preset irradiation field before the irradiation field indicator, so it can light up faster after the indicator is illuminated. Adjust the size of the illuminated area to extend the life of the indicator light.
We, Newheek, are a professional manufacturer whose X-ray collimators are affordable, simple in appearance, and long in service life. They are well received by customers. If you want to buy high-quality equipment at a low price, please contact us via email.
