In the industry standard YY0007~0009-90 on the technical standard of 200~500mA medical diagnostic X-ray machine, the performance requirements of the beam limiter are explained in Article 4.19:
1. The beam limiter should be light, flexible, reliable, and can adjust the rectangular illumination field of any size;
2. When the gastrointestinal examination photographic device is pulled farthest from the bed surface, when the beam limiter is closed to the minimum, the irradiation field on the fluorescent screen should be no more than 20mmx20mm;
3. The deviation of the X-ray field center from the center of the light field and the deviation of their respective edges should be within 2% of the X-ray tube focus to the image surface distance.
