Easy or Simple x ray collimator

The X ray collimator is an electromechanical optical device installed in front of the output window of the X ray tube. Its main function is to control the illumination field of the X-ray tube output line, so as to meet the requirements of X-ray imaging and diagnosis. Reduce the projection range, avoid unnecessary doses; and absorb some scattered rays to improve the clarity of the impact.

With the development of X ray machines, high frequency machines are also structurally simple to complex, with functions ranging from single to multi-purpose.

The simple beam limiter has two types of occlusion type and occlusion type. The occlusion type is a lead plate with a certain size or a circular hole in the X-tube window. The opening of the lead plate is centered on the X-ray center. When the projection is performed, an irradiation field suitable for the size of the hole can be obtained at a certain distance. Generally, an X ray machine is equipped with a plurality of occlusion panels of different apertures, and the size of the illumination field of the corresponding distance is indicated above for selection. In addition, the high frequency machine can also indicate the size of the projection center and the projected field of view. Therefore, the high frequency machine is an indispensable auxiliary device for X shooting and protection.
