The beam limiter is an electromechanical optical device installed in front of the output window of the X-ray tube assembly. , minimize the projection range and avoid unnecessary doses; and can absorb some scattered rays to improve the impact clarity. In addition, it can indicate the projection center and the size of the projection field. Therefore, the beam limiter is an indispensable auxiliary equipment for X-ray projection and protection.

Our company is a manufacturer of beamers. The beamers produced by our company are divided into two types: manual beamers and electric beamers.

The opening and closing of the shading lead leaf of the manual beam limiter is realized by manually adjusting the knob or pull rod on the beam limiter. In addition to the above-mentioned internal structure, there is also an irradiation field indication system. It uses the light bulb to simulate the focus of the X-ray tube, and replaces the X-ray with visible light, which is reflected on the bed by the reflection of the mirror.
The electric beam limiter adopts a single layer and two sets of lead leaves and a special internal protective structure to shield X-rays. The adjustment of the beam limiter’s irradiation field is electric. The movement of the lead leaves is driven by a DC motor, and the irradiation field is continuously adjustable.
